56 West Huron Street

This is a 13 story, high-end residential building built in collaboration with a couple of highly-regarded Arlington friends, Joseph and Jacob Kiferbaum. The building foot print was relatively small, with only one residential unit per floor (in fact, the top two floors comprise one luxury-penthouse unit). As you might imagine, everything for this project was done on a “postage stamp” site in downtown Chicago. Deliveries, crane location, lay-down areas and cooperation with other trades offered a challenge we were happy to meet. In the end, the result was a spectacular building that the Kiferbaums can be very proud of.
