Overture Yorktown

Overture Yorktown is a seven-story luxury active senior residence featuring 175 apartment units constructed around a 234-space six-story parking garage. Relatively simple from a steel fabrication perspective, Overture offered significant challenges regarding construction and site logistics. Arlington worked with Travis Price at McShane Construction to help orchestrate the “Construction Ballet” that enabled all trades to work in harmony under tight construction constraints. There were many unique details required to get all the players and pieces to “mesh,” and it took quite a bit of collaboration among the project managers to all come together and create what turned out to be a fantastic looking building.
